Hon. Patrick Nwabueze Ubru is the Honourable Commissioner for Agriculture and Agro-Industrialization, Enugu State. He brings over 17 years of distinguished experience spanning agricultural enterprise leadership, financial sector management, and public sector development across Enugu State and Nigeria.
Prior to his appointment as Commissioner, he served as Managing Director and CEO of Nwa-Agidigbo Farms Enugu from 2022, where he led management strategy, coordinated farm operations, and drove commercial agricultural productivity. He also served as Team Lead and Branch Manager at NIRSAL (Nigeria Incentive-Based Risk Sharing System for Agricultural Lending) from 2020 to 2022, overseeing agricultural lending operations and supervising CBN/NIRSAL-approved Entrepreneurship Development Institutes across the Enugu and Nsukka environments.
